2 Tbsp vegetable oil 1 clove garlic
minced 1/2 each red and yellow bell peppers
seeded and sliced in 1/4NULL strips 1 cup each Chinese pea pods and sliced brown mushrooms 2 cups Alaska surimi seafood 1/2 cup green onions
sliced salt and pepper 2 Tbsp sesame seeds
toasted hot cooked rice
Place oil in skillet or wok and heat until very hot. Add garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds. Add red and yellow pepper strips, peapods and mushrooms. Stir-fry for 1 minute, then add 2 Tbsp water, cover and cook 2 minutes longer, stirring frequently until vegetables are tender-crisp. Add Alaska surimi and green onions. Stir-fry 1 minute longer. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve on hot cooked rice.
