2 Tbsp milk 3 Tbsp Dijon mustard 1 cup ground pecans 1/4 tsp salt (optional) 4 US Farm Raise Catfish fillets
Combine milk and mustard in a shallow pan. Combine pecans and salt, if desired, in a separate shallow pan. Dip each catfish fillet in mustard mixture, then dredge in peacns, shaking off excess. Place catfish on a greased baking pan. Bake at 475 F for 10 to 12 minutes, or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
