1/2-3/4 cup frozen fruit (1/2 cup sliced
3/4 cup whole berries) 1/2 cup skim milk
or nonfat plain yogurt 1/4 tsp vanilla extract sweetner as needed: about 1-2 tsp sugar or the equivalent in artificial sweetner.
Blend first 3 ingredients until smooth. Sweeten to taste. Makes 1 (1 cup) serving.
