Ingredients:
1/4 cup fat-free
cholesterol free prepared Italian dressing
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil leaves
2 cloves garlic
minced
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
crushed
2 cups cooked shell macaroni
drained
1 can (6-oz) water-packed albacore tuna
drained and flaked
3/4 cup diced tomato
1/2 ripe medium avocado
seeded
peeled
and diced
1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
2 Tbsp chopped black olives
4 green leaf lettuce leaves
Directions:
In small bowl, combine dressing, basil, garlic, and red pepper flakes; set aside. In large bowl combine macaroni albacore, tomato, avocado, red onion, and olives. Add dressing and toss. Line four plates with lettuce leaves, spoon on salad.
