2 qts apple cider 1/2 cup brown sugar 1 tsp whole allspice 1 1/2 tsp whole cloves 2 pieces cinnamon stick orange slices
Mix cider and sugar in a crock pot or slow cooker. Put spices in a tea ball or tie in a cheese cloth; add to cider. Heat on high for 1 hour, and brew on low 2 -3 hours before serving. May keep at serving temperature for many hours. Serve with a ladle.
